From my first phone call to my 2 hour drive from PA to purchase the vehicle, everything went smoothly. Steve, in the sales department, is up front, honest, accommodating and very professional. Laura, in the finance department, is very knowledgeable, fast and organized. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, the paperwork was prepared, and everything was as represented. They assessed my trade in vehicle quickly and honored the trade in value they quoted over the phone. They even went out of the way to make sure there were no surprises when I arrived. We spoke several times by phone before I made the drive. I was anxious about purchasing the vehicle from internet photos and from an unfamiliar dealership out of state. But they made the experience so easy, I would drive there again for my next vehicle and I would select this dealership over another closer dealership because they provided fantastic service.
