My experience with the team over a Fred Frederick was one for the books. Exceptional customer service the entire time my wife and I were being helped. I've sold cars for a few years and I always said I'd make sure I was prepared for the day I went to purchase a new vehicle. Boy was I wrong. The salesman did everything I wasn't use to. They didn't rush to the lot when we arrived. They greeted us when we finished looking and actually showed us a better deal on a vehicle that we had been looking at and thought was out of our price range. I tell you the truth my wife and I couldn't have been treated any better than we were. I just want to say thanks to the team over there and we will definitely be back for our next purchase soon.
