Came in for a holiday sale on the Compass, but found it wasn't to my liking. But... they did have a fantastic Cherokee Latitude Plus that was perfect for me. Kelvin helped me out with the paperwork and after a bit of sticker shock I was good to go. Usually leasing or buying a car is only second worse to buying a house, but this was a pretty straightforward process. Still took about 2 1/2 hours, but part of that time was test driving the Compass I decided against. If you know exactly what you're looking for, then you could easily knock off 30-45 minutes of the time it took me start to finish. The manager also helped massage me past that sticker shock with some bennies and went the extra mile to shave off a bit on the price, which was very appreciated.
