Kelvin greeted my husband and I with a smile and genuine friendliness. He clarified every aspect of the car buying experience with us and advocated to get us the best price for the vehicle. Steve helped make the numbers work. Everyone here is kind and courteous and made this the most amazing car buying experience. I'm glad we came here to Fred Frederick!
