Car failing on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway on a very wet Thursday afternoon, drove straight to Fred Frederick Chrysler, left the car to be repaired, got a 2016 Patriot as a loaner, was totally impressed with it and just exchanged it for the ailing car. The whole experience was very smooth and friendly from beginning to end. I am very impressed !
