I sent an email inquiry on Sunday evening and by Monday at 10am, the deal was done. Terrence and Marcio were not only professional, but also kind and friendly. They didn't pressure me into anything and even did the research into the best way to manage the taxes and title between MD and Ohio. They spent a lot of time with me going over how to work the car and how to get the most out of the engine and the gas mileage.
