He was straight-forward, honest, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure I got the color Challenger I wanted. Not only did I get my white Challenger, but a sour deal involving another dealer trying to sabotage and steal my sale from Mike resulted in me getting free UConnect. He also had a great sense of humor!
