Not the experience I hoped for.

Too low of an offer for my car was a definite deal breaker. Also somewhat of a high pressure tactic to determine my current bank account status. I was not about to give them access to my accounts. Considering large amount of walk-in business I think they just figure someone else will come along if you don't buy car. I noticed the car I looked at is still for sale. Hmmmm?
