JBA Infiniti diligently worked to get me the vehicle I wanted in the price range I wanted. There was no pressure to purchase. The salesman was very attentive to the options I wanted, he explained the various options and assisted me with picking the options/packages to get the features I wanted. After delivery of my vehicle, the salesman took the time to explain and demonstrate several of the features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and also extended the opportunity for me to come back and get assistance with additional features if needed. A few weeks after my purchase, the salesman contacted me to ask if I had any additional questions or needed any additional assistance with features. Prior to JBA, I had never received a follow-up call AFTER purchasing a vehicle just to check on my satisfaction with my purchase. In the end, I got the vehicle and the options that I wanted, felt very good about my purchase, and confident that the excellent customer service I that received during the sales process was just the way that JBA does business. As an added note, I have also had the opportunity to experience the exact same excellent customer service in dealing with the service department.
