I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy new or used. I recently purchased my pre-owned G37X from JBA Infiniti in Ellicott City MD, and my experience was phenomenal from the minute I walked in. The Sales Manager, Ricky Thompson, was friendly and professional and I felt comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. I checked out a few other dealerships first so I was prepared for the usual pushy salesmen, but I didn't come across anyone like that at JBA. My car is in perfect condition. I've brought it in for service a few times so far just for normal things (oil change, nail in my tire, etc) and their service department is great too. I love my car and I love this dealership! I am definately a loyal customer for life!!!
