Dealership Sales Review
Purchased a used 2015 Mercedes for my daughter on a Monday and car began overheating on Thursday. Called and was told to bring car back in to be checked. Couldn’t drive there since the car was overheating. Had to have it towed to a Mercedes dealer (because it thankfully had a few months of original warranty remaining) and they found that the car needed lengthy repairs. It also showed a service warning that was not addressed by JBA while they had the car and that will be an out of pocket expense I will have to cover. Car will be in the shop for a week+ due to necessary repairs. Have heard nothing from anyone at JBA to inquire about the car’s status. I emailed the general manager with details of my situation; no response. Very disappointed.
