Thomas Cumberland treated me with respect and courtesy, accommodated my arrival from out of town with a driver at the airport even after a flight delay. The salesperson, James Howard, left his own home at 8 PM to make the sale that evening, and let me keep my commitments on my travel itenerary. He was very agreeable and gracious, his support team was as well. He even recommended a nearby restaurant that was excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the car or where I decided to make the purchase. They had the best price for a car matching my specific requirements and features and the friendliest staff I have ever came across in any state I have been to when purchasing a vehicle. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
