Porsche Hunt Valley

I bought a 2024 911 Carrera GTS from Porsche Hunt Valley. These guys were great from the beginning. I got on the list for an allocation in February 2023 and waited almost a year for one. My brand ambassador, Alfred Ramos has been an absolute gem of a guy. He put in my initial order, checked in on me periodically, called when opportunities arose for other cars, helped me with the order of the car, and personally delivered and helped me get set up with the car. He also helped arrange installation of custom tires and wheels prior to delivery as a special request. That's a summary, but he really ushered me through the process in a hundred different ways. He's the guy to see. Steve St Clair, manager of sales, was kind enough to sit side-by-side with me to spec my car before the order was locked in, and I challenged his patience by switching options many times. He was a very patient man. I have never stepped into PHV without being greeted warmly and helped with my needs. I will be a long-term customer.
