DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore
Dealership Sales Review
I had a very bad experience at the dealership.I walked in the dealership and was asking about the Toyota corolla, I told the I am new to the country and is not knowing about the process, then they took the advantage and make $27428 the price of a Toyota. They usually add $1995 for dealer installed parts, when I asked Davin jones about the parts, he told me you can not understand, they added $2000 Toyota extra care contract, and told me that you can cancel it any time and we will refund you in full, but when cancelled it they refunded only $1502 and saved $498. They are so mean, that I went to car wash after one week of buying a Toyota, a manager (waheed or a name similar to it) told me that we are not doing car wash, if you want you can pay to guy $15-20 so he will do it. The manger always told me this is not our car now and do not bring it here, this is the story between you and the bank now. As I know when you finance a car the bank give the a fixed rate to dealer , if the dealer sold the vehicle at a higher interest rates, that extra money goes to dealer. After that car wash experience I never went to service my car from them, I went to Jerrys Toyota on belair road, they are very good, but the question is that why they deducted $498 from cancelling a service contract, why they did not explained it earlier. Why they tell lies when they are not serving people good. They deceive you by telling you any kind of lie. They sold me this car for 72 months in 696 a month, if they make it 60 month a monthly payment may go up above $800 a month. The problem was I was new and they took full advantage of it, why they destroy others life for their money. I was looking at Toyota a great vehicles, but when you face such dealership, when they put a corolla on your social security at $696 a month, what you think of these dealers of Toyota, I think I never go again. When I asked to trade in he asked me for $12000 because this car was not worthy of $27428. I suggest to all my friends that ask about dealer installed parts because the Toyota does not want it in a vehicles sale. And tell them to read the whole contract for you before you sign it for them. Check the principal amount of the vehicle and you are paying them down payment it should go to the principal amount not towards the interest because that interest is for 60 months period not on the first day even when you did not signed the contract, tell him to deduct the down payment from the principal because you did not signed the contract yet, why a person should pay thousands dollar interest when that is not due even. The interest is calculated on daily basis, you can pay one day interest not thousand dollars on first day. I pay them down payment and it never showed on my account. I think when I left the dealership they might have celebrated a party of deceiving me, and they took money from me for nothing. I suggest take a quote from a bank before going to a dealership what I am thinking I should have done.
