The staff involved were very considerate that I did not have time to come into the dealership to ask questions, etc. & needed to communicate via e-mail. I received excellent service from all involved in this transaction. My needs were met, a decision was quickly reached, & the transaction was completed without complications. Kudos to all! Randy Tucker was very personable, & made me feel at ease. I appreciated his extensive knowledge of the F150's. I would definitely return to buy another vehicle with his assistance, & I would recommend him to others. I would also not hesitate to give him a call to ask him questions about my new vehicle that I know he could answer, as I feel he has extended his assistance past the sales point. I also appreciated the superb assist from the finance office. Again, very personable, & delivered great service. Thanks to all!
