You learn a lot more about a business when things don't don't go as planned than when things go perfectly. What do they do to make things right and be sure you are a satisfied customer? That is the true test. I recently bought a 2013 Ford F150 which turned out to have an issue with driveshaft vibration. The short version of the story is that after a couple of trips to the service department, the issue was still there to an unacceptable degree. How much vibration is acceptable is somewhat objective, but Nick in service made it clear that criteria was that I was comfortable with it. In the end, I felt I did not want to enter into a long-term relationship with this particular vehicle, so Ryan Griffin worked with me to exchange for a different Ford F150. I could not be more pleased. All along the way, Ryan and Nick worked with me to find an acceptable solution. They both did an outstanding job and I will recommend them and Rowe Ford to my friends - in fact, I already have. Kudos to the entire Rowe team!
