Rowe Ford Lincoln of Westbrook

Ryan Griffin was really great to work with & was very knowledgable on all of the Ford Products. I had previously test driven vehicles at another Ford dealership and they were unable to answer most of my questions. Ryan was patient with us and our specific requests and I would definitely recommend him to other buyers! I bought a 2015 Ford Edge, Titanium and could not be happier! I love it! Ryan was great & found us a variety of options to test drive in the Edge models to best find our fit. He worked really hard at finding two "twin" vehicles that were available for us. We did not have the best experience with the manager who filed our paperwork over at the Hyundai dealership. Although we were there past closing finishing up our sale on a Saturday, he made us feel rushed. He even mentioned that he didn't really care about a sale for Ford?! He did not have much of a personality, but maybe it was just late & he had a bad day. All in all, it was a great experience while at the Ford part of the Rowe dealership. Luckily, I have a lot more patience than my boyfriend, as he was about to walk away from the sale after the initial interactions with Jim from Hyundai.
