Rowe Ford Lincoln of Westbrook

I went on True Car and got the price guarantee for a New Explorer. Once contacted dealership salesman Tim Hamilton called me explained the ad in the quote is not the actual vehicle that it has way less options. Needless to say I still wanted the vehicle so pulled $30K cash and went to the dealership letting him know I was on my way. When I get there he brings me out to a Demo with 4400 miles on it, stains on the seat and starts telling me this is all they had. I know better as I saw 2 others on the true car site he could have tried to sell me. Instead he slams the back door and tells me he's sick of me and to get off the lot. He's tired of me insulting him and he is done. I was there literally like 3 minutes in no way disrespectful or insulting. I was ready to purchase a vehicle. I have never in my life been verbally attacked like he did. He was yelling at me to the point of tears and I asked to speak to manager. Manager Dave explained the reason it's still a NEW vehicle cause it hasn't been titled to anyone. During this explanation he had to ask the Sales guy Tim to take a walk twice cause he wouldn't stop. I got no apology for behavior and just a look at me waiting for me to leave. We just purchased a $32K fusion from them last year (sales man Matt- terrific!) and a Ford Raptor a few years prior. I have never been so insulted and miss treated from a business. Never will I put money is there hands again!
