Rowe Ford Lincoln of Westbrook

Let me start by saying I've made car-buying mistakes in the past AND my credit is not perfect. Reluctantly, it was time to buy a new car. As a single woman the idea has been daunting and intimidating and it didn't feel like anyone was really listening to me until I went to Rowe. All of the other Ford dealers that I talked to told me they had the car I wanted but were really just trying to get me to the lot. But Rowe told me exactly what they had! My whole experience at Rowe was really comfortable and easy. My only complaint is that I received multiple emails inviting me to come in and test a vehicle after I already put a deposit down on the car they were delivering. Probably the nicest bathrooms I've ever seen at a dealership, too.
