Lee Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Westbrook

I was originally contacted via email by Jessica. Less than 5 minutes had passed since I sent an email inquiry about the vehicle I was interested in. Jessica let me know she was on her way to work and would contact me as soon as she got there. The car was located at their Auburn location but she had the car delivered to the Westbrook location which was great because I didn't want to waste my Saturday driving. She emailed me as soon as the car showed up at Westbrook and I told her my plans were to come in first thing Saturday morning. She gave me the names of all three sales managers that would be there. I got there about 9:30 am on Saturday and asked for Bill. Bill then introduced me to Fred Pickering. Fred was so helpful! He let me take my time looking at all the buttons and gadgets in the car. Nice test drive route which allowed me to put the car through its paces. I was very pleased with all aspects of this purchase. Fred had to "double up" while he was assisting me, but he still made it a point to check in to make sure my process was still moving forward. I got two of his business cards to hand and will continue to praise him and the entire Lee car buying experience. I will be enjoying my Lincoln MKS for many years to come! I am pretty sure I won't get bored with the MKS anytime soon, but when I do, Lee will be at the top of my list!! Thank you Fred, Jessica and the entire Lee Staff!!
