They were quick to answer my email inquiry (this was back in 2004) and offered a good deal. They had the exact truck I wanted, and it wasn't "sold just before I got there" like some of their other dealerships do. Anyway, good, polite service, no upcharges, and I drove out of there that night after minimal negotiations. My only complaint is I never ever heard back after the sale. A good dealership who truly cares about its customers should at least call within the first couple months to ask if the customer likes the vehicle, are they having any problems, etc. The one time I heard back in the past 6 1/2 years was to ask me to refer friends to them. Too funny. You can't even have the decency to check on me and my $32,000 truck, yet you ask me to refer friends? Sure thing pal.
