We were on a long cross-countey trip during a holiday weekend and had a breakdown which prevented us from traveling further. Madison Davidson (Service Advisor) quickly perceived our quandary and spared no effort in effecting a repair and allowing us to continue our trip and maintain our schedule. My spouse and I can't say enough concerning her exemplary competence, professionalism, empathy and resourcefulness. I am retired now, but back during my career, I would have promoted her immediately to a position of greater authority and responsibility, where she can reap the appropriate dividends for herself and your organization.
