Unfortunately you lost my trust and business

I waited 4.5 hours for an oil change after I was assured my truck would be ready by 2pm. Technician failed to rotate my tires but lied about doing so on the report. Service advisors were called several times and left daily messages over 2 weeks to get back to me and failed resolve the issue.
