My first oil change and tire rotation

onI e-mailed my salesman, Danny Jones, asking him about bring my car in for service. He referred me to Ms. Christy for an appointment. I was told I did not need an appointment; just bring my car in between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM any day. I told her I will be there the next day. On my way to Gateway Ford, Mr. Allen called to tell me to bring my car in and they will do the oil change and tire rotation while I wait. When I arrived, Mr. Allen greeted me, took my car in and in about an hour and a half had the work done and I was on my way. Good job Gateway Ford. I appreciate all the coordination in getting my car in, having the work done and getting me back on the road again. Gerald
