Over and Beyond on Warranty concern

onDuring a recent scheduled oil change. I had inquired about condensation build up in the tail light assembly. When I picked up my car. The service advisor told me that the body shop had looked at the issue and documented in photos and submitted a warranty claim to Ford. The body shop called when approved and schedule an appointment to complete the work. Great Job!!!
