Kia of Lake Charles Used is very good at telling you what you want to hear. After sating that credit had been run, everything was approved and all that needed to be done was sign paperwork, wife and I drove over 1 hour just to sit and wait like we had just walked in off the street. Only gave half of what was agreed to for trade in etc... Terrible!
