Tim Harpe was very patient and knowledgeable. This was my 5th experience buying a vehicle and was by far the best. Bob explained all my financing options and was extremely helpful. Everyone I interacted with seem like genuinely good people. I was in the dealership 5 times in the last month and every customer I spoke with remained pleased with their Subaru and the dealership's continued service. The manager had a strong presence on the floor and was very involved, professional, and friendly. This is my first Subaru, my only regret is I didn't buy one sooner.
