Jim Grisso made the process of buying a car effortless. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very accommodating. The finance coordinator was also very knowledge and explained everything to me in terms I had no difficulty understanding. Buying a new car at Quantrell Subaru was a very positive experience. I will continue to use this dealership for my Outback maintenance.
