Winfrey Kirkpatrick was the best salesperson my wife and I have ever worked with. Hands down. She walked us through our options without pressure, helped us test drive multiple vehicles, was patient in conversation and understood that we needed time to make a decision (in this case, two weeks from first conversation to driving off the lot with a CrossTrek). Other dealers we contacted used high pressure tactics (including calling multiple times a day) and tried to rush us off the lot with one if their cars. Winfrey understood that next to buying a house, starting a business or getting a degree, buying/leasing a car is the biggest financial decision most people make. It's frustrating how many other salespeople think this decision can be made in hasty and adversarial situations. Our experience at Quantrell was the polar opposite: Winfrey was patient, kind, thorough, and did not rush us. The process from start to finish was transparent and focused on our needs. When we have to replace our other car in 2-3 years, she will be our first call. And based on this experience Quantrell will most likely be the ONLY dealership we visit. We hate buying cars in general, but we liked how we were treated at Quantrell. And we got a great deal too!
