Val was super easy to work with. There was no pressure to buy a car. He had no problem with me trying cars when I wasn't sure yet what I wanted. He took time to make sure I received the car I needed and was very personable. The whole process was easy and took very little time. He helped me with things like finding an app on my phone for my credit score and understanding why credit changes- which had nothing to do with the actual sale of the car, but made me feel more confident in my decision. I also had an easy buying experience with the financing. She was funny and happy and definitely not what I typically think of as the money person. She made me comfortable with the price and payments and broke down each part of the invoice. Val had already helped quite a bit with that and her reassurance was much appreciated. They are a great team. I'm also excited about the technology appointment I have coming up as it can be daunting. The fact that you have that in place- because I would never ask for help- is very smart. It made me feel at ease about the whole deal- like the cherry on top. Thank you!
