Courtesy, the professionalism, the lack of haggling, and the timeliness and responsiveness of the staff. I found my salesman to be very knowledgeable about the Subaru that I wanted, and very easy to work with. I also referred my daughter to him for her recent purchase of a Subaru Outback.
