Henderson Chevrolet GMC

Was sold a 2013 equinox in 5/2022. Was never told has it dent in the pass. door. Never disclosed they never replaced the engine during recall, which had since expired. This recall, it ended up costing me over $1500! That’s even after the $3400 extended warranty covered $3300 of the job! And that was THIRD TIME it had been in the shop since I purchased less than a year ago. They even tried saying I could default the loan I had on the Equinox, which would put a repo on my credit report, and they reran my credit score which made it drop 43 points! All to try and get me into a new car at $500/month. I’m a single mom on a tight budget. I barely get by with a $200/mo payment. They basically put me between a huge boulder and a hard place with no wiggle room. The only compromise they made, after I argued with them for over 2 hrs, was a $500 discount on my bill for a newly rebuilt engine. And they said they did that because I didn’t cuss them out once while I was there. 😒
