Kind, professional, knowlegeable, no pressure and very efficient. That describes Vy Nguyen-the person that sold me my 2015 Lexus. He made this experience a total non-stressful transaction. I texted him a question at 09.45pm on a Friday night..not expecting to hear from him until Monday morning. Got a text back within 10 minutes. You should be proud of this awesome employee.
