BMW of Topeka

We went to Topeka to test drive BMWs after an earlier negative experience with a Kansas City dealership. Experience with Ted our assigned sales rep and the manager was professional, courteous, and friendly. After a quick email exchange, we made an appointment to test drive an X3 for 1030 on a weekday morning. Dealership was fully staffed, but very few customers at first. They had pre-staged three cars by our request, including an 2019 X3 M40i, in black with an ivory interior. Car sold itself, but Ted was very helpful, and the manager let us drive the M40i to lunch and come back only when we were ready.We drove home that same day with the car we test drove. Excellent pre-sales and immediate post-sales support. Time will tell about the service department.
