Please let your customers know UPFRONT if the car has been registered, titled out-of-state that it will need an inspection if it is to be licensed/titled in KS. BEFORE going to the DMV. I was not told that and had to leave the DMV and go for an inspection then return to the DMV and finish the process. Thank You.
