Did not honor emailed price

I purchased my vehicle from Conklin and have taken my vehicle for repairs there. Conklin sent a service offer to my email to get an oil change and tire rotation for $59.95 but they didn’t honor the offer and instead they charged me $141.55. When I brought up the price was not correct they reimbursed me $21.54. I’m just really disappointed with the encounter and may not return to service the vehicle there or purchase my next vehicle from Conklin.
