Picking up vehicle wasn’t great option

The first day they were supposed to pick my vehicle up at my work and they were a no-show. Day 2 try the driver showed up at my home and my wife had to tell them where to pick up the vehicle. Was told to go to the shop to pay and they had already gotten paid by my wife over the phone. Bad communication.
