Murdock Manhattan Chevrolet-Cadillac

I came to the dealer late in the day on Saturday not really sure what I was looking for. I have always owned full sized vehicles from Duramax to several Tahoe's through out the years. I usually owned a car to drive my commute to the office and back home everyday but just recently sold my Malibu due to it setting so low to the ground I was tired of always feeling like I was crawling in and out of it. I came to the dealership in my Tahoe to look for an upgrade and met a wonderful sales girl named Lydia Cady. She introduced me to the new Chevy trailblazer RS. She had several on the lot to look at but we focused on 2 white ones, a brand new 2023 and 2024. Lydia was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about both years. I was very happy and surprised that every question I had on both years she was able to answer my questions right away. I had my doubts on down sizing to a small SUV when I was so used to always driving a large SUV or truck. Lydia brought many good points to my dilemma and was able to make me feel very comfortable with down sizing to a small SUV. I test drove both years and Lydia road along with me and I was thankful that she did as she was able to answer all my questions on both models during our drive and she pointed out several things that helped me feel like the 2023 model fit me and my commute the best. Lydia showed me a few other models of Chevy vehicles on the lot and also interduce me to a new brand I have never owned before. In the end Lydia helped me to make the decision to buy the 2023 Chevy Trailblazer RS. I felt bad as by this time it was already 6 pm closing time and she did not mind staying late along with her team to get me a good rated loan with GM Finical and all the paperwork done and me in my new vehicle before they went home! Lydia even went the extra mile and got my new car all washed up and filled full of gas for me. I can't say enough good things about the sales girl Lydia Cady she just did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable through out the whole process of buying a new SUV and never made me feel pushed or forced into making a deal. I would definitely recommend going and seeing Lydia today if you are looking to buy something new.
