This was the second time my wife and I had purchased a vehicle from Crown Toyota and we couldn't be more pleased. Tristan listened to what we had to say in regards to vehicle selection and did his best to find just exactly what we described. We never felt any pressure to add options or to purchase a more expensive vehicle to get more bells and whistles. Tristan genuinely wanted to find us exactly what we desired in a vehicle for our family. Financing was very open and honest. Tristan and the others made sure we knew what we were getting into and even politely dealt with our shenanigans when we kept asking questions and flip-flopped on our decisions.
