Crown Volkswagen did a great job in getting me the perfect VW Atlas for my wife. Kristen Efurd, the Internet Manager, made sure to beat out the competition with her near instantaneous response to my internet search and inquiry. This caught my attention and drew me in quickly. Then, her partner -- Jadyn Anderson -- followed up immediately and was fantastic to work with -- she made sure to assist with the sale and help me get the value I was seeking on my trade-in and make the purchase a smooth process. The Sales Manager put icing on the cake by giving me a large bow to put on the vehicle as a present for my wife.
