Second Experience as Good as the First

When I leased a Buick Encore two years ago, I was really impressed with Renee McCubbin's knowledge of the vehicle, friendly style, and ability to make things happen. Now after that lease expired I came back and had an equally successful experience with Renee. She takes care in the details and makes sure that all goes as planned. She even went to northern Illinois to find the exact car I had requested. No problem, no delays. Done deal. My dealer for life.
