Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines

We recently bought a used Passat from Lithia VW of Des Moines. We had a great experience working with Brad Ernst as our salesman. We didn't get the "used car treatment" we had gotten at other dealerships around town. Lithia was professional and respectful. The buying process was actually enjoyable. Once we purchased the vehicle we noticed a small issue in the grill. Brad was quick and responsive after the sale and the dealership took care of the issue without question.
