Low pressure. Simply let me drive the cars without a lot of pressure. ONLY showed me the cars I asked about. I was looking for a Yukon XL or Suburban. Several other lots tried to push me into a Tahoe and that is not what I wanted. In this case, Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable.
