I feel I had a very good experience. The sales rep that assisted me was a veteran which in turn helped me be more comfortable. Along with my normal day job, I am also a board member of a non-profit organization that assists veterans and their families with emergency needs. I purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. My grandson and I attended the customer appreciation night. When I pulled up, I was approached by another sales rep already interested in my trading in my truck. LOL I was in a bit of awe as this has never happened to me. Anyway, everyone that I ran into at your location was very nice and approachable. It was nice to have a few call recognize me and address me by name even though we had never been formally introduced. Good job on keeping your sale people in-tuned with all customers even though they are not their own.
