I was helped by Hector and I purchased a 15 fiesta st. I was originally attempting to get a similar vehicle from a place closer to home as I'm from ohio. The dealership I tried to go to was one I had previously worked for and to make a long story short I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and now I understand why they're missing out on sales. Once I found the vehicle at Andy Mohr I called and spoke to kim who took all my information and got the process started. Hector called me soon after and kept me updated every step of the way which I appreciated. I never had to come to him first. He even had a porter deliver my car after hours and the guy was a sweetheart who agreed to drive 5 hours for me to have my car. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and professional and I've never had such an awesome car buying experience especially it being over the phone. 10 out of 10 recommend!
