We drove nearly three hours to look at a CPO Ford. Unlike every other dealer I have ever dealt with, they do not include the cost of CPO certification in their advertised price(That pertinent information is buried in small print at the bottom of their web page). The used car appraiser claimed to have found "scratches" on the rear bumper of our car-there were none-and used that as justification for decreasing the trade value by 25%. On top of all that they did not return our keys after the appraisal and parked our car out of sight(they did return our keys after we demanded them). We are still getting emails trying to get us to buy the car. No way would I ever consider buying a car from them.
