We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape SE. Doug Currie was very attentive, able to answer all of our questions and find the SUV we were looking for. When I stated that I didn't understand the sales terms, he patiently explained all the points in our purchase deal. Babu Bhuiya is very pleasant and easy to work with, fully explaining the finance details. Shannon Barry did a great job explaining all the features of the Escape and synced our cell phone.
