I am very happy with my new Lincoln MKC. Everyone was very polite and helpful during my recent purchase. Chris Slagle was my sales person. He is very knowledgable about all ofhe Ford and Lincoln vehicles. He was very responsive to my questions and did an excellent job finding the right vehicle for me. My only complaint is that he was deceptive during the negotiation process. He never made it clear how much he was offering for my trade. I thought I was getting a good deal on the MKC but after factoring in the money lost on my trade, it ended up being one of the worst deals on a new vehicles I have gotten in many years. I have purchased or leased 19 new vehiles since 1994, and this will probably ending up being the worst deal. Coincidentally it is the first Ford/Lincoln product I have ever purchased new and the only vehicle purchased through Andy Mohr. I think your financing department did an excellent job of explaining the terms of the loan and working with Ally financial to work out the details involved in my trade. I do think that with a 780 credit score I should have been able to get a better interest rate without having to agree to gap insurance to get it. Dugan Chevy does a much better job securing financing and making sure I get the best rate available. In the end I agreed to the terms we negotiated on and signed the documents. But I feel like I was decieved in the process. The "etching" fee is crap. I am undecided if I will purchase my next vehicle from Andy Mohr. I really do love the ford and lincoln vehicles, but I am left feeling screwed by this deal.
