It was a little rocky at first, but things got straightened out. Chris Poe and Hector Canas were my sales people. Had some issues with the truck after it was detailed. Chris actually got out his code scanner to check it out. That was a first. I have never saw a salesman do that. It was a nice touch. All and all after some paperwork confusion and some miscommunication I am very happy with the purchase. It was the nicest used vehicle on the lot as far as the trucks that were on hand. It was the second vehicle I had purchased from Andy Mohr Ford and when I need another vehicle it will be the first place I shop.
