Don't let the appearance of the dealership fool ya. In the end, the management and salespeople are poor at best. They don't honor national sales events or promotions, even though the websites and local newspaper have their name all over them. These forks from top to bottom just try to con the max money out of your pocket. Muncie is a small town, ..., one would think long term customer satisfaction would be job one!? NOT AT THIS PLACE!!!
